Call for a countdown background design!
As you probably know, we use a countdown web app to synchronize Fringies all over the world to Dunham the Twitter every Fringe Friday that has a new episode of FRINGE!
Since my design skills are limited, I now ask for the backgrounds for the #WorldsApart campaign.
Here are the guidelines:
- This is the current countdown image: http://observer-n3.com/FSRR/countdown/images/FightTheFuture.jpg
- This is how the final site looks: http://observer-n3.com/FSRR/countdown/countdown.html
- So, basically, the image’s right side has to be dark and empty of text, sized 800x650.
Note that this is not a competition, if more that one version of the background will be created (by any number of artists), I will code it in to always pick the random one, anytime a person visits the site, that way ALL of the backgrounds will be displayed. You can mail me the results to svakhine@gmail.com or just DM or tweet.

Help if your XBOX Live account got drained of MS Points.
Hello,
It seems a bunch of people’s XBOX account have experienced unauthorized access recently. From the quick forums search, there’s a pattern: Here are the symptoms and direction if it ever happens to you.
SYMPTOMS:
1) Balance of MS points: 0
2) Achievements / Game history includes a FIFA 12 game, though you never played or purchased it.
3) On http://live.xbox.com, purchase history includes “PREMIUM GOLD PACK” and “PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO“
4) On https://billing.microsoft.com/Points.aspx, multitude of PREMIUM GOLD PACK and PREMIUM GOLD JUMBO charges, depleting your point account.
WHAT TO DO:
1) Change your XBOX Live password immediately.
2) Go to support.xbox.com http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us, for Product, select “Billing and Subscriptions”, for Category, select “Other” . On the bottom right of the page, there should be a “Request a call” button, click it and input your phone number.
3) You will get a call from XBOX customer service (with very little holding on the line). Be prepared for ~20 minute chat with the info about your e-mail address, XBOX gamertag, billing address, MS billing credit card info. The operator will also ask for your console serial number and console ID, so make sure your XBOX console is fired up and ready to go to Console Settings screen.
4) The points will not be immediately restored, however the case would be submitted for investigation, with estimate of 21 days. It’s wise to opt for account lockdown for that period: so no DLC for that time period, an incovenience that can prevent future funny business. When the issue is resolved, they promised they will send an e-mail. That’s all we know for now.
